We have shares in ANZ trading under our SMSF. Can/ how we transfer them to Pearler?

There are 2 ways to transfer your shares to Pearler.

1. Select the HIN transfer option during your Pearler SMSF account application . This will transfer all holdings under your existing HIN and will allow all settings (e.g. dividend reinvestment DRP etc.) at the share registry level to remain as is following the transfer. For this option, you will need to wait until the transfer is complete (around 2 weeks) before you can start investing at Pearler.
2. Obtain a new HIN for your Pearler SMSF account and initiate a share transfer once the account is active. This option will mean you can start investing sooner and you will be able to select which share/s you want to transfer.

For both options, the account type, name and address will need to match exactly between brokers for the transfer to be successful. We do require a wet-ink signed transfer form and a copy of your ID (containing your signature) to be uploaded for the transfer request.

Please also note that we are not given your trading history when you are transferring shares. However, you are able to edit the price of the transfers from your Transactions page for you to paint a better picture of your portfolio.
